- Weitergabe komplexer Störungen an den Second Level Support
- Unterstützung bei internen IT-Projekten

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. Fachinformatiker)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support von Vorteil

- Gute Windows-Kenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft 365
- Service- und Lösungsorientierung
