- Koordination der Gesamtplanung, auch der Baugewerke, idealerweise mit BIM Methoden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Fachplanung Elektrobereich oder Fachplanung Heizung/Klima-Kälte/Lüftung/Sanitär
- Technische Klärungen vor Ort, Disposition und Führung von Fremdleistungen und externen Planungsbüros
- Operative und fachliche Steuerung der Planungs-Teilbereiche in anspruchsvollen RZ-Projekten und Teilprojekten sowie Verantwortung für die Definition und Bereitstellung der Planungsleistungen
- Verantwortung für die inhaltliche Lösungsfindung im Planungsprozess
- Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes und deren Effizienz über alle Planungs-Teilbereiche hinweg
- Aktive Organisation und Steuerung von Controlling-Mechanismen im Hinblick auf Leistungs- und Kompetenzstandards
- Operative und fachliche Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitätszielen, Terminplänen und Kostenbudgets
- Verantwortung für das Reporting des Planungsstatus im Rahmen der Projekte und Teilprojekte

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Techniker/in oder Meister/in im Fachbereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Klimasystemtechnik
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem Ingenieurbüro
- Bereitschaft zum Reisen wünschenswert
- Vertraut im Umgang mit relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, VDI) sowie Vertragsrecht (VOB, BGB)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Kälteanlagenbaumeister
