- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Finanzbuchhaltung (Hauptbuch, Kreditoren und Debitoren) mit Schwerpunkt Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlungen sowie das kreditorische Mahnwesen
- Überwachung und Abstimmung der Konten sowie Durchführung von regelmäßigen Kontenanalysen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Budget- und Finanzplänen
- Ansprechpartner für externe Prüfer, Steuerberater und interne Fachabteilungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und -systemen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften und internen Richtlinien

Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanz- oder Finanzbuchhalter oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB idealerweise IFRS
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware – idealerweise SAP S4 sowie MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
