- Administrative Aufgaben für die Standortleitung
- Erstellung von Besprechungsprotokollen
- Sie unterstützen die kaufmännische Projektleitung, inkl. Projektcontrolling für Neubaumaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der jeweiligen technischen Projektleitung
- Zudem wirken Sie beim Planungsdialog zur Projektaufstellung sowie bei der regelmäßigen Fortschreibung als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und Auftragnehmern mit
- Sie unterstützen das Controlling und Reporting während der Durchführungsphase und verfolgen dabei die Projektziele im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten
- Sie bearbeiten das Änderungsmanagement, inkl. Abstimmung und Vereinbarung nach Rücksprache mit der technischen Projektverantwortung
- Erledigung der allgemeinen telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenz.
- Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
- Ablage, Verwaltung und Digitalisierung von Dokumenten und Plänen

Aufgaben
Qualifikationen
- Vorzugsweise abgeschlossene kaufmännisch oder technische Ausbildung (idealerweise mit Bezug zum Bau- oder Immobilienwesen, gern z.B. Bauzeichner/in)
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in der Bau-/Immobilienwirtschaft
- Ihr betriebswirtschaftliches Fachwissen sowie Ihre sicheren Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus
- Kenntnisse in der HOAI-Abrechnung (wünschenswert, nicht Voraussetzung)
- Erforderlich sind gute Kenntnisse in den Office-Programmen: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
- Organisationstalent mit kühlem Kopf und Humor
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
